Arwen has over twenty years of results-oriented experience in the marketing and sales of commercial real estate investment properties and residences in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining Tracy Realty Co., Arwen managed and executed the marketing and sale campaigns for over 50 investment listings with a combined value of over $1.5 billion. Her experience in working with “Wall Street Capital” and understanding the needs of these institutional investors allows her to bring a unique perspective to her commercial clients. This ﬁnancial background also allows Arwen to work with her residential clients in a unique manner ~ focusing on the purchase or sale of a home within the scope of their lifestyle and ambition rather than on simply a cash ﬂow basis. Arwen’s extensive transaction expertise in investment analysis, property due diligence and project management make her an invaluable resource to her clients.
In close collaboration with Bud Tracy, President of the company, Arwen operates out of the town of Chico. Her knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area allows Tracy Realty Co. professionals to service clients in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as to give its North Valley clients access to likely properties, buyers and tenants outside of their immediate surroundings.
Arwen is a third generation member of the Tracy family business and is proud to continue this family’s legacy of service.

Tracy's first official development was the Garden Walk mall in downtown Chico. Formerly the W. T. Grant store, the Garden Walk is an "inside mall," a meandering walkway lined by small stores, sandwiched between Main and Wall streets. He has recently completed a similar remodel in Downtown Oroville's Prospector's Alley.
He has had a role in Chico's business and economic development activities, including the formation of the Southeast Chico Assessment District, which set the table for Chico Mall and the other retail around it. He continued his involvement in the Chico Association of Realtors and Chico Chamber of Commerce.
Following his father's interests, Tracy began to explore business in Oroville, CA. Where he is now recognized as the premier commercial broker.
Tracy said his determination to make deals work, his history in the area, and bringing new jobs helped make his intentions in Oroville clear.
While other real estate offices have been purchased or affiliated with national firms, Tracy Realty has been independent, allowing for a quick responsiveness.
Tracy has been highly involved in Oroville Economic Development Corp., including serving as president, and Oroville Rotary, among others. His projects in Oroville have ranged from remodeling a banking center and Gold Town Plaza, medical offices and projects at the Oroville Airport.

Lauri joined Tracy Realty Company in 1985 and has been an integral part of the company’s success. Lauri’s involvement in all aspects of client interactions and her history in the community make her an invaluable part of the team.Tracy Realty Company offers a variety of ancillary services to its primary businesses of locating, analyzing, structuring and transacting real estate. These ancillary services include property management, bookkeeping, marketing and logistics to name just a few. Lauri is primarily responsible for the coordination and implementation of these valuable offers.
On a daily basis, Lauri oversees and controls the day-to-day operation of the company, ensuring efficiency, with daily telephone and in-person communication with broker’s clients, tenants, and prospective tenants. She manages all subcontractors’ work in relation to property management. Lauri handles all bookkeeping for managed and independent partnerships, as well as prepares and monitors quarterly and yearly fi nancial reports for all partnerships along with the preparation of offi ce payroll and quarterly federal/state tax forms.
