TRACY REALTY CO. was founded in Chico by O.E. Tracy in May 1911. The Tracy family has furnished continuous real estate services to the Northern Sacramento Valley since that time.

We offer traditional commission-based brokerage services for leasing, selling or acquiring commercial real estate properties and facilities. In addition, we offer specialized real estate consulting services in the areas of general real estate matters, property management, project coordination, investment structuring, and problem solving.
